EDEN BROWN SYNERGY is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join SCP (Locality) Team at Middlesbrough Borough Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking Pre-Birth Assessments under Section 47
* Undertaking Parenting Assessments
* Undertaking assessments using the Common Assessment Framework
* Undertaking Risk Assessments
* Completion of Section 7 reports requested by Family Courts
* Completion of Section 37 reports requested by Family Courts
* Providing Section 17 support to families and children in need
* Carrying out home visits for monitoring purposes/ to promote the welfare of and to safeguard the children
* Liaising/ Working close with partnership agencies to support the families and meet the children/ young peoples needs
