We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Hospital Team in Tower Hamlets. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults' needs in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in hospital settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service users.
