We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Glos - CP Chair to join our dynamic team in the Qualified Social Work field. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating and chairing Child Protection Conferences, ensuring all relevant information is shared and considered.
  • Working collaboratively with social workers, families, and partner agencies to develop and implement robust child protection plans.
  • Monitoring progress and reviewing cases to ensure adherence to established plans and statutory requirements.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of practice standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
