The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child welfare and protection.
