As a Qualified Social Worker in the Safeguarding Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of adults at risk.

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, to provide holistic support.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and safeguarding interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in safeguarding adults, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., Care Act 2014).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on person-centered practice.
