* The post holder is responsible for service delivery within early help service. Managing the assessment, planning, coordination and delivery of family help and early year services for children, young people, and families.
* The post holder will promote high standards of practice through a robust performance management and quality assurance framework within a multidisciplinary team including seconded staff from partner agencies.
* The post-holder will work innovatively and collaboratively with other partners from statutory, voluntary and community provisions across the city to ensure high standards of service delivery, to reduce the risk of children, young people and families being escalated into statutory services.
