As a QSW in the Young Adults Preparation Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with young adults, particularly in preparing them for independent living.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
