We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Coventry in the role of LAC/Adoption Advanced Practitioner. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting Looked After Children (LAC) and facilitating the adoption process to ensure the best outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and creating care plans for Looked After Children
  • Providing support and guidance to foster carers, adoptive families, and birth families
  • Participating in case conferences and multi-agency meetings to advocate for the needs of children

Essential qualifications and skills:
