We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Long Term Team in Newcastle. Essential qualifications and skills required for this role include:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working in a long-term or child protection setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
