🔹 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join the Redbridge Mental Health & Wellness Team South. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Act as keyworker for an allocated caseload

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and care planning

  • Administer medication as required

  • Complete tribunal reports and progress notes

  • Participate in CPA and CTO reviews

  • Undertake Care Act assessments and social care support planning

  • Carry out risk assessments and develop appropriate risk management plans

  • Work effectively under pressure and manage their own caseload independently


🔹 Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified and registered Community Mental Health Nurse / RMN

  • Proven experience in community mental health settings

  • Working knowledge of RIO electronic patient record system

  • Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments and Care Act assessments

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, advocacy, and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and maintain professional boundaries
