Experienced Qualified Social Worker to work as an Assistant Team Manager to join its CIC team based in Bournemouth on the beautiful Dorset coast. 37 hours a week. 3 months + contracts with excellent rates of pay at £49ph. Flexible hybrid working arrangements.

We require an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join the Children in Care Team and provide management support to the Team Manager already in the service. This role involves supervising Social Workers and handling a reduced caseload of complex young people.

This role also requires 2-3 days per week in the office at BCP Civic, there is a degree of flexibility depending on service needs.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage meaningfully with professionals and children and their families is essential and the successful candidate will need to show strong values and practice in taking a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families

Ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
