Hull - Experienced Adults social worker £35.48 PH Hybrid
We are currently seeking an Experienced Adults Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in adult social care within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
In this role, you will provide and support expert and effective social work practice in complex situations. You will assess and manage high levels of risk, offering professional insight and opinion on complex cases to inform key decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex cases with a high level of autonomy and professional judgement.
Conduct assessments and develop care plans with a focus on safeguarding and promoting independence.
Lead professional practice, offering mentorship and supervision to less experienced colleagues.
Promote learning and development across the team through coaching, teaching, and reflective practice.
Engage effectively with multi-agency teams and stakeholders to deliver holistic, person-centred outcomes.
Working Arrangements:
Hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in the office).
Potential for some home working.
Working hours negotiable with the manager.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Proven experience working in adult social care.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to manage complex risk and support sound decision-making.
