We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - CIC Team in Nottingham. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children and their families to identify needs and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children in care.
  • Providing direct support and intervention to children, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance practice and share knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with children and families, particularly in a looked-after children or child protection setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child welfare and safeguarding.
