EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed SOCIAL WORKER for NOTTINGHAM CITY COUNCIL, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established CHILDREN IN CARE TEAM.
PAY RATE : £32 - £35 p/h Umb
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Holding a caseload of Looked after Children
- Undertaking Core Assessments under Section 20
- Undertaking Child Protection Enquiries under Section 47
- Undertaking Viability Assessments
- Undertaking Kinship Assessments
- Undertaking Risk Assessments
- Producing Annex B reports
- Undertaking Regulation 38 Assessments
- Undertaking Special Guardian Assessments
- Liaising/ Working close with partnership agencies to support the families and meet the children'/ young people's needs
- Preparing & implementing Care Plans
- Attending court and giving evidence when required
- Obtaining Interim Care Orders/Interim Supervision Orders
- Initiating Care Proceedings
- Completion of Care Proceedings
- Obtaining Special Guardianship Orders
- Producing Child Permanency Reports
- Reviewing Financial payments received by kinship carers/ or carers granted Residence Orders/Special Guardianship Orders
- Preparing looked after children review reports
