About the Role:
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an Adult MASH Team Manager to lead the Adult Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team within Suffolk County Council. This role involves working closely with senior managers, health partners, police, and other stakeholders to safeguard adults from abuse and neglect. Strong system-leadership skills and the ability to deliver integrated, outcome-focused services are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Adult MASH Team to deliver high-quality safeguarding practice.
  • Support senior leaders in achieving strategic and political priorities.
  • Promote Suffolk County Council's vision, values, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance, flexible, and responsive team.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, Children and Young People Services, Police, Public Health, and Health partners.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory duties including the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act.
  • Oversee operational planning, HR, staff development, and budget management.
  • Drive preventative and sustainable solutions to support adults, families, and carers.
  • Monitor service delivery, escalate risks, and maintain quality standards.
  • Support system transformation and digital initiatives.
