Team Manager - MASH | Suffolk | £45.50ph | Hybrid Working
Suffolk are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to join their MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) on an initial 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead within a fast-paced front-door service, working alongside multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding decisions for children and families.
Role Details:
- Position: Team Manager - MASH
- Location: Landmark House, Ipswich (IP1 5PF)
- Rate: £45.50 per hour
- Contract: 3 months initially (likely extension)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days working from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a MASH team within children's services
- Overseeing referrals and ensuring timely safeguarding decisions
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies
- Providing supervision, guidance, and quality assurance
- Driving performance and maintaining high practice standards
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
- Previous Team Manager experience, ideally within MASH / front door services
- Social Work England Registration
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
