The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A relevant degree in social work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with a professional body (e.g., Social Work England).
  • Proven experience in safeguarding or child protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
