Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Youth Homeless & Care Leavers Team at Birmingham Children's Trust.

Pay Rate: £30.57 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: B6 4DU, Birmingham, United Kingdom

As a Social Worker within the Youth Homeless & Care Leavers Team, you will support young people transitioning into independence, providing safeguarding support, pathway planning, and practical guidance to help achieve positive outcomes. You will work closely with partner agencies to ensure vulnerable young people receive the support and stability they need.

Key Skills Required:
* Experience working with Care Leavers, Leaving Care, or Youth Homeless services
* Strong safeguarding and pathway planning experience
* Ability to support young people transitioning into independence
* Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree, DipSW, or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Experience within children's services or leaving care services
* 5 years reference, gaps in employment history checked, and relevant qualifications as per JDPS
