EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed TEAM MANAGER for BRADFORD COUNCIL, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established CHILDREN IN CARE TEAM.

PAY RATE : Upto £40 p/h Umb

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Producing Child Permanency Reports
* Reviewing Financial payments received by kinship carers/ or carers granted Residence Orders/Special Guardianship Orders
* Preparing looked after children review reports
* Initiating Personal Education Plans (PEP's)
* Producing Health Care Assessments and Health Plans
* Making referrals for Foster Placements
* Preparing children for placements
* Implementing Twin Tracking processes for children in care proceedings
