Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team at Tameside Council. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of children, young people, and their families.

Location: Tameside
Pay Rate: £46 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:

* Lead, manage, and support a team within the Children with Disabilities Service
* Oversee complex cases and ensure high-quality assessments and interventions
* Provide supervision, guidance, and support to social workers and practitioners
* Promote positive outcomes for children and young people with disabilities and their families
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding and service delivery

Requirements:

* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
* Previous management experience within Children's Services
* Experience working within Children with Disabilities services
* Strong safeguarding, leadership, and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage performance and support service improvement initiatives
