  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Experience working within adult social care or related fields is highly desirable.
