Children's SW - Family Safeguarding - West Sussex

To be considered for this role, you must possess a recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include a strong understanding of child protection legislation, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Experience in family safeguarding and a commitment to promoting children's rights and welfare are also crucial.
