We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Young Adults Preparation Team in Newham. As a Qualified Social Worker in the Young Adults Preparation Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the needs of young adults and developing tailored support plans.

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills including:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
