Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker to join the Early Help Team at Liverpool City Council.

Pay Rate: £36.12 per hour (Limited/Umbrella)
Location: L11 0BQ, Liverpool

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Early Help Team, supporting children, young people and families at the earliest opportunity to improve outcomes and prevent the escalation of need. You will work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to provide timely interventions and promote positive change.

The role will involve undertaking assessments, developing support plans, identifying risks and strengths, and ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time. You will be expected to work in a child-centred and strengths-based way while maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding and early intervention.

Key Skills Required:

* Experience within Early Help, Family Support or Children's Services
* Strong safeguarding, assessment and intervention skills
* Ability to build effective relationships with children, young people and families
* Experience of multi-agency working and partnership collaboration
* Strong communication, report writing and analytical skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively
* Social Work England registration required

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Previous experience within Children's Services
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and early intervention frameworks
