Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join their Early Help & Prevention Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children, young people, and families at an early stage-helping to prevent escalation into statutory services.

  • Undertake Early Help Assessments and develop effective support plans
  • Work collaboratively with families to identify strengths and needs
  • Provide timely interventions to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Liaise with multi-agency professionals including schools, health, and community services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
  • Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work degree
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Previous experience within Early Help, Children & Families, or safeguarding teams
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment
