🔍 About the Role
Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join their Early Help & Prevention Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children, young people, and families at an early stage-helping to prevent escalation into statutory services.
👩👧👦 Key Responsibilities
- Undertake Early Help Assessments and develop effective support plans
- Work collaboratively with families to identify strengths and needs
- Provide timely interventions to improve outcomes for children and young people
- Liaise with multi-agency professionals including schools, health, and community services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times
✅ Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work degree
- Registered with Social Work England
- Previous experience within Early Help, Children & Families, or safeguarding teams
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment
