  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
