Derby City - Social Worker - South Community Support team

- Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions to enhance service delivery and professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Experience in working with vulnerable populations and a sound understanding of safeguarding principles.
