Social worker - Adults South community - South Glos
Social Worker required for work within the Adult Community Team in the South Gloucestershire area. Rates are £31.05ph. 6 month initial contract. Exciting opportunity in a friendly and supportive team. Based at the Badminton Road Offices. Hybrid working between office and home.
This is an essential SW role within Adult Social Care, locality teams, where you will be responsible for carrying out SW assessments needs and providing advice and guidance to our service users.
You will liaise and work closely with contacts from different sectors, health and the voluntary sector, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that communication is effective, and that knowledge and best practice are shared.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
