We are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Adult Social Care team at Derby City Council.

This is a frontline position where you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking assessments, reviews, and support planning under the Care Act 2014
  • Completing assessments under the Mental Health Act and associated legislation
  • Working collaboratively with health professionals and partner agencies
  • Delivering effective, least restrictive, and person-centred services
  • Supporting a tech-enabled approach to care and service delivery
