Adult's SW - Safeguarding Team - Middlesbrough
Join our dedicated Safeguarding Team in Middlesbrough as an Adult's Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in promoting the welfare and safety of vulnerable adults in our community. - Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults at risk, identifying their needs and safeguarding concerns.

- Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, to ensure integrated support.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
- Participating in safeguarding investigations and providing expert advice to colleagues and external agencies.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users and professionals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
