To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in adult social work, particularly within early intervention or support services.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
