Voids Works Administrator - Kensington & Chelsea - £23.23 p/h umb

  • Develop systems to ensure that council tax and utility bills are processed effectively, minimising costs to the department

  • Maintain an efficient void tracker and brought forward system to ensure that voids are processed and let according to agreed deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain an effective record keeping system for the Head of Voids & Lettings, ensuring information and documentation is kept up-to-date and correctly filed
  • Regularly checks Service Connect and CRM to ensure that team tasks are allocated and actioned promptly
  • Provide administrative support to the Voids Team and occasionally ad hoc support to the wider department
  • Assist in developing communication to tenants where appropriate
  • Work with colleagues across the service to deliver excellent services to residents
  • Ensure prompt processing of void related invoices
  • Perform all duties in accordance with relevant Council, departmental and local policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Undertake any other relevant duties, as required by the Head of Voids & Lettings
