Resident Liaison Officer - Kensington & Chelsea - £27.36 p/h umb

In this role, the officers will be a key point of contact for tenants and leaseholders during the delivery of capital projects such as retrofit works, kitchen and bathroom programmes, and other complex or specialist schemes. They'll provide clear information, practical advice and ongoing support, helping residents understand what to expect and ensuring their concerns are addressed sensitively and professionally.

Working closely with Project Managers, contractors, consultants and fellow Resident Liaison Officers, officers will help develop and manage resident engagement plans for each project. This includes coordinating resident communications such as letters, newsletters and meetings, attending site based drop ins, and supporting any temporary or permanent rehousing arrangements where required.

A key part of the role involves identifying and supporting vulnerable residents, ensuring reasonable adjustments are made where needed, and escalating safeguarding or risk concerns in line with Council policies. You will also gather resident feedback before, during and after works, helping improve how services are delivered.
