In this role, you will work within the Multi-Agency Child Health (MACH) framework, providing essential support and intervention to children and families in need. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing care plans that promote positive outcomes for children.
- Working collaboratively with schools, health services, and community organizations to provide holistic support.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
