We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our Adolescent Team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adolescents and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for adolescents in need of support
  • Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions
  • Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for young people
  • Providing direct support and guidance to adolescents in crisis situations
  • Advocating for the rights and needs of vulnerable children and young people

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families in a social work setting
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
