We are currently seeking a Locality Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Wakefield, offering a competitive rate of £37 per hour. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support and intervention to children and families in need within the locality.
Key responsibilities and duties of this role include:
- Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children and families
- Providing direct support and intervention to service users
