We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locality Sr. Social Worker to join our team in Middlesbrough. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to individuals and families within the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Assessing the needs of service users and developing personalized care plans
