We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - Assessment Team in Middlesbrough. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in assessing the needs of children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and protective factors
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

Essential qualifications and skills:
