We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Tower Hamlets, specializing in working with individuals with learning disabilities. As a QSW in this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support and guidance to vulnerable individuals and their families.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of individuals with learning disabilities
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to each individual's specific requirements
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
  • Advocating for the rights and best interests of individuals with learning disabilities
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress and outcomes of interventions

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in the field of learning disabilities
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations
