As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Family Safeguarding Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of three years of post-qualifying experience in children's social work, with a focus on safeguarding.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
