We are seeking experienced and passionate Adult Safeguarding Practice Leads to join our dedicated team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our adult social care workforce and collaborate closely with Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate complex safeguarding enquiries.

Provide expert safeguarding advice and guidance to practitioners, partners, and agencies.

Make robust, evidence-based decisions aligned with legislation, policy, and best practice.

Contribute to multi-agency safeguarding frameworks such as MAPPA, PREVENT, Domestic Homicide Reviews, and Safeguarding Adult Reviews.

Deliver high-quality presentations and training on adult safeguarding issues to internal staff and external stakeholders.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Demonstrated leadership in complex safeguarding investigations.

In-depth knowledge of adult safeguarding legislation and policy frameworks.

Experience working within multi-agency safeguarding environments.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Flexible and responsive approach to office attendance and team collaboration.

Contract Details:

Location: Manchester (Office attendance required multiple day

Rate: £40 per hour

Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension
