Stockport - QSW - Neighbourhood team £30PH
We are currently seeking a Progressed Qualified Social Worker to join the Neighbourhood Team in Stockport. This is a fast-paced role suited to an experienced practitioner who can confidently manage complex caseloads in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritise a diverse and demanding caseload
Work effectively within a busy neighbourhood team
Undertake assessments, care planning, and safeguarding work
Liaise with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality support to vulnerable adults
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with valid Social Work England registration
Experience in a similar frontline Adult Services or Neighbourhood Team role
Strong working knowledge of Liquidlogic Adults System (LAS) preferred
Must be a car driver with access to own vehicle
Hybrid - days office based minimum
