Stockport - Review Team Social Workers £30PH
Stockport Council is seeking experienced Social Workers to join our dedicated Review Team to complete annual statutory reviews. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while making a difference in the lives of adults across the borough.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake timely and person-centred annual care and support reviews
Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
Ensure care packages are appropriate, strengths-based, and outcome-focused
Maintain accurate, high-quality case recording
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
Experience in adult social care (ideally within one of the key areas: Neighbourhoods, Learning Disability, or Mental Health)
Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
Strong assessment and communication skills
A commitment to promoting independence and safeguarding adults
