We are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy Neighbourhood Team based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a progressed practitioner who is confident in managing a complex caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritise a diverse caseload of adults in the local community.

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate services to promote independence and wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies and families to deliver person-centred support.

Apply legislation and best practice in all casework.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.

Experience working in a Neighbourhood Team or similar front-line adult services.

Strong working knowledge of Liquidlogic Adults System (LAS) preferred.

A care driver (access to own vehicle) is essential for this role.

Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume caseload confidently.
