You will support the Council's duties under the Building Safety Act 2022, assist with the delivery of major works, and help manage Section 20 consultation, ensuring leaseholders are appropriately consulted and well informed in line with statutory requirements and best practice.
You will work closely with colleagues across housing management, building safety, planned maintenance, finance, legal services and external managing agents. The team takes a practical and proportionate approach, recognising the complexity of leasehold matters and the importance of clear communication with residents.
The leasehold team supports hybrid working, with an expectation of at least two days per week in the office, balancing flexibility with opportunities for collaboration and support.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity for someone who is organised, resilient and enjoys working as part of a team as well as independently.
