  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practice in social care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to promoting independence and dignity for all clients.
