To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult safeguarding, preferably within a local authority setting.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
