Social Worker - Children & Families -Devon - REMOTE
Social Worker required for work within the Children & Families Team in the Devon area. Competitive rates of pay up to £38ph, long term contracts in a well managed supportive team. 3 months initial contract 37 hours a week. Fully Remote.
An accommodation/commuter allowance of £150 per week is offered for candidates who fall within the agreed eligibility guidelines. Please note that this allowance will be reviewed at the end of June 2026.
Social Worker (Remote Support) - Children & Families
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker with strong written skills to provide high quality administrative and social work support across the service. This is a non-case holding role focused on completing essential written tasks that ensure children's records remain clear, accurate, and up to date.
You will work at pace to:
* Complete duty forms and respond to priority requests
* Update and maintain case files
* Produce chronologies, case summaries, and other key written documents
* Support teams with timely, accurate recording during periods of duty demand
You will be supported by a Duty Manager, who will coordinate and guide your workload. This role suits someone confident in written practice, highly organised, and able to bring clarity and structure to fast moving situations.
Due to the nature of the work, we are able to consider applications from candidates interested in carrying out this role remotely.
You will be Social Worker England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
