Westminster - Senior Prac - Mental Health Team - £36 p/h Umb
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Mental Health Team in Westminster, offering a competitive rate of £36 per hour (Umbrella). This role is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support and interventions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health needs.
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
- Providing supervision and support to junior staff and social work students.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
- Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate effective service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration.
- Significant experience in mental health social work, preferably in a community setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health legislation and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
