Haringey - Senior Prac - Adult Social Care Team

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Adult Social Care Team for Haringey Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting and supervising Social Workers within the Adult Social Care Team to ensure high-quality practice and service delivery.
* Managing complex cases involving safeguarding, mental capacity, risk management, and multi-agency working.
* Undertaking strengths-based assessments, care planning, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014.
* Providing practice leadership, mentoring, and guidance to less experienced staff members.
* Working collaboratively with health professionals, housing teams, and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
* Completing Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions where required.
* Supporting the Team Manager with quality assurance, performance management, and service development initiatives.
* Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings, reports, and statutory documentation.

Pay Rate:
* Based on interview / experience

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Social Work England Registration
* Previous experience working within Adult Social Care services
* Experience supervising or supporting Social Workers within a statutory setting
* Thorough knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
* Ability to manage complex caseloads within a fast-paced environment
